If you search a software to manage your sequence (DNA RNA or protein) you have found it! DNAsmac permits to convert DNA in RNA, RNA in DNA, DNA/RNA in Protein and Protein in DNA (the sequence will be optimised for E.coli but you can enter your own back translation table).
