AssayZap

AssayZap is a universal assay calculator. It can handle all types of assays including RIA, ELISA, IRMA and colorimetric assays. Supports counts of 231. Standard curves fitted using either 2-, 4- or 4-parameter weighted fit or by the manual interactive fit. Assays can include over 3000 tubes and up to 4 standard curves with up to 24 values each. Data can be uploaded directly from any instrument with an RS232 interface. Data from 96 and 256 well plate readers can be processed.
