EnzFitter is a generic non-linear curve fitting package specially designed for the analysis of enzyme kinetic data. Fits equations using either Marquardt or Simplex algorithms. Over 40 equations supplied and you can define your own. Comprehensive curve fitting results and fitted data. Produces customisable graphs. Templates to automate analysis of common experiments and a batch mode to analyse several files automatically. |
